Shipping Methods
Air Freight — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Our default option for international orders. One all-inclusive price — covering freight, import duties, taxes, and door-to-door delivery. No hidden fees when your shipment arrives.
Sea Freight — LCL (Less than Container Load) — DDP
A more cost-effective option if you can accommodate a longer transit time. Same all-inclusive DDP pricing as Air Freight — freight, duties, taxes, and delivery all included — just by ocean instead of air.
FOB / FCA — Self-Arranged Freight (Indonesia shipping address only)
Already working with your own freight forwarder? Set your shipping address to Indonesia and we’ll hand off your order at the agreed point — FOB (an Indonesian port, for sea freight forwarders) or FCA (a Jakarta airport/warehouse, for air freight forwarders). Your forwarder takes over from there, including customs clearance at destination.
Coming soon: Air Freight – DAP (you handle import duties/taxes yourself) and Sea Freight – FCL (full container, for the largest orders). Contact us for a custom quote in the meantime.
Understanding Incoterms
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we handle the entire journey: freight, duties, taxes, delivery to your door. This is our default and simplest option.
- FOB (Free On Board) — used for sea freight. We hand off your goods at an Indonesian port; your forwarder takes it from there.
- FCA (Free Carrier) — used for air freight. We hand off your goods at a Jakarta airport/warehouse; your forwarder takes it from there.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Before your shipment leaves Indonesia:

International freight transit time
- Air Cargo, orders under 500 kg (consolidated): typically up to 4 weeks after processing, depending on how quickly your shipment’s container fills for consolidation — sometimes as fast as 1 week when timing works in your favor.
- Air Cargo, orders 500 kg and above (dedicated shipment): faster and more predictable, since your shipment doesn’t wait for consolidation with other orders.
- Sea Freight LCL: typically up to 8 weeks.

Order Size & Documentation (LS)
- Orders 500 kg and above ship as their own dedicated shipment and come with official Sucofindo LS (Laporan Surveyor) certification — proof your shipment meets Indonesia’s legal export threshold.
- Orders under 500 kg are consolidated with other shipments — LS for these is arranged by our freight agent.
- For Air Freight – DDP and Sea Freight – LCL, LS (when applicable) is already included in your shipping rate — no separate charge.
- For FOB/FCA, LS is a flat $500 add-on, applicable only to orders 500 kg and above.
