For international orders (US, Netherlands, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain), our default option is Air Freight — DDP: one all-inclusive price covering freight, duties, taxes, and door-to-door delivery — no surprise fees on arrival.

If you’d rather arrange your own freight forwarder from Indonesia, FOB/FCA is available when your shipping address is set to Indonesia.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price you see already includes everything — freight, import duties, taxes, and delivery straight to your door. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your shipment arrives.

• DDP — we handle the entire journey, door-to-door, all-inclusive. This is the default for buyers outside Indonesia.
• FOB/FCA — you (or your own forwarder) take over once the goods are handed off inside Indonesia. Only available if your shipping address is Indonesia. FOB = handoff at an Indonesian port (for sea freight forwarders). FCA = handoff at a Jakarta airport/warehouse (for air freight forwarders).

Because under FOB/FCA, our responsibility ends once the goods are handed off within Indonesia — everything after that (international transit, customs clearance at destination) is arranged directly between you and your forwarder, not us. That’s why this option only makes sense when you’re managing your own logistics starting from Indonesia.

• With DDP: No — it’s already included in the price you pay us.
• With FOB/FCA: Yes — since your forwarder handles the shipment from Indonesia onward, duties and taxes at destination are between you and them.

Yes. Orders 500 kg and above ship as their own dedicated shipment and come with an official Sucofindo LS (Laporan Surveyor) certification — proof your shipment meets Indonesia’s legal export threshold. Orders under 500 kg are consolidated with other shipments.

• For Air Freight – DDP, this is already factored into the price — no separate charge either way.
• For FOB/FCA, LS is a flat $500 add-on, and only applies to orders 500 kg and above (consolidated orders under 500kg don’t qualify for individual LS — that’s arranged by the freight agent handling the consolidated shipment).

Processing (grinding, packing, sterilization) takes 7–9 days before your order ships. Orders 500kg+ add 14 days for LS testing. International transit time on top of that varies by shipping method — see [Shipping & Delivery] for a full breakdown.

Sea Freight LCL is available — a more cost-effective option than air freight, ideal for larger orders where a longer transit time is acceptable in exchange for lower cost per kg.
